                                Resolution No. 1092 – A Resolution of the Hamilton City Council Re-Establishing a Downtown Business Improvement District for the City of Hamilton under Montana Statutes

 

                b.             Confirm Appointment of Trustees to the Downtown Hamilton Business Improvement District Board of Directors

                                1st Reading Ordinance No. 318 – An Ordinance of the City of Hamilton Adopting Title 18 of the Hamilton Municipal Code (Floodplain and Floodplain Management)

               

                i.              Approve Agreement with Marland and Dawn Whaley authorizing connection to sewer line prior to annexation and authorizing waiver of Annexation and Zoning Fees for 174 Mill Street

 

                j.              Resolution No. 1093 – A Resolution of Intent of the Hamilton City Council to Annex into the City of Hamilton Land Wholly Surrounded by said City commonly known as: 110, 112 & 116 N. 9th Street, 105 N. 8th Street, and 800, 802 & 820 W.
