A.    Conditional Use Permit (CUP) #2019-05;  415 W. Main Street, Hamilton;  RavallI
Services
is requesting to convert the current use of the building from a Motel to Residential Apartments.
  • Ravalli Services Conditional Use Permit request to change the use of the City Center Motel to Residential Apartments has been removed from the agenda for the September 23rd Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.

 B.   Variance (VAR) #2019-03; 1002-1040 Stockyard Court, Hamilton; Derek Watt is requesting relief from the lot size and minimum frontage requirements in order to build an 18-unit Townhouse complex.
